We just got back from a research conference where we were able to share recent work with three of our co-authors. We had a great time, but there were a few glitches in getting the slides to print. I have uploaded the entire course to the web so the errors are fixed. Sorry about the glitches. We hope the remaining problems are solvable without much rework on the part of the readers.

The title of the question is slightly misleading. The document you posted appears to be a syllabus for a full year course. I have several issues with the document.
While I see "Linear Algebra" as a pre-requisite, the document appears to be written for a full course. The course assumes the reader already has some familiarity with linear algebra.
Most text books on Linear Algebra start with basic properties of vectors and matrices. The document starts with basic linear transformations. That's a little odd because "linear transformations" isn't usually a part of the standard undergraduate treatment.
You have only a few exercises for a full course. Most of them are from Precalculus. I would expect a course in Linear Algebra to have many more exercises.
As far as the technical glitches, I see the following potential problems.
There are several pages that are formatted with alternating green and blue type. Each set of green and blue is a different font size. The problem may be caused by a change in the font size. On each page, there is the warning: "There is no page number in this document". I recommend checking all font sizes.
There are a few document images that are corrupt. I suggest uploading a pdf copy of the document so I can see the pictures.
